Is all your development done in house?
At the moment most web design, front end development (CSS and HTML) and SEM services are done in house. However, sometimes time pressure or technology forces us to outsource but you will not notice any difference and it doesn’t affect the quality of the work.

Should I use Open Source or a Licensed Solution?
Like so many times this is a matter of weighing pros and cons against each other and decide what is right for your company at current time and for the future. While an Open Source platform is free to obtain they will often require more modifications and add-ons compared to a Licensed platform. Upgrades will also require technical assistance and the yearly cost of ownership could be high – especially with a platform like Magento Community. This has to be compared to the cost of purchasing the license for a licensed e-commerce platform and the yearly maintenance fee for the same. To pay the yearly maintenance renewal for a licensed platform is important because that gives you access to upgrades and to technical support. If you need technical support for an open source solution then you would need to turn to a 3rd party company or developer – presumably this will be the same company/person who set up your web site since they will know the in and outs of your web site and your business. People often mention the technical support given to you by a licensed shopping cart provider is better since you have a point of contact and ownership of issues from the vendor which is something you will not get using Open Source.
Should I use Hosted e-Commerce
This is a matter of doing your research properly, weighing pros and cons against each other and then make a decision based on the facts. However, more and more hosted solutions are available and are very cost effective and easy to set up. Should I use Magento or Open Cart?
It depends on your budget and your requirements. Because Magento is a bit more complicated to set up it is also more expensive. Many choose to use Open Cart or the hosted solution Big Commerce due to their low development costs. Can you help me to plan my on-line business?

Yes we offer web site hosting to all our customers but if they prefer to host elsewhere then that is ok too.

Yes we will help with that too. We will help you register your domain name via our registrar or your own. We can recommend what we think is the best value for money.
What happens if I would like move away from you?
That is not a problem. We will be happy to provide the necessary information so that you can move your site smoothly.
