Web Site Maintenance

Maintenance work include but isn’t limited to text edits, new pages, new seo pages, editing images, create promotional graphics and banners etc. You web site doesn't have to be designed by us originally for us to take it on.

There are two main options:

 

1. PAY AS YOU GO. You send any material that should be added with instructions and we charge you an hourly rate which at the moment is £30/hour.  There is no minimum charge in this case and we do not round up to nearest hour.  You are invoiced as soon as your edits go live and the payment is immediately due.
   
   
2. MAINTENANCE RETAINER.

•  3 months agreement - at  £70/month buys you 3 hours of maintenance per month. Hours can be carried over from month 1 to month 2 and to month 3. E.g. you can use all 9 hours in month 3. However, by the end of month 3 they are obsolete and you loose any unused hours.

•  6 months agreement – at £63/month buys you 3 hours of maintenance per month. Hours can be carried over to next month but must be used by end of month 6.

•  12 months agreement – at £57 / month buys you 3 hours of maintenance per month. Hours can be carried over but must be used by end of month 12.
