The following conditions are in place between Olango Web Media and its customers. They come in to force when deposit or fee for service is paid.

  1. Software. All software, e-commerce and cms systems provided by Olango Web Media are 3rd party software, commercial or opens source. All commercial licenses are purchased by Olango Web Media and Olango Web Media is the owner of the license. You, the customer, have the right to use it as long as you wish but if you no longer wish to maintain your web site then the license can be licensed to another customer. If you, the customer, would like to keep the license after web site has been deactivated, then you have to pay the difference between the software partner license fee and the commercial end user license fee.
  2. Software Support. As soon as your web site is launched and you have received a reasonable amount of launch support, then you have to enter a maintenance agreement in order to receive further help and support. The maintenance options are outlined here.
  3. Software Modifications. Olango Web Media will only make software modifications to commercial software as long as the customer understands that it will make invalid any 3rd party software vendor support. Olango Web Media will not be held responsible for any problems arising as a result of such modification.
  4. Payments. For new web sites; deposits must be paid prior to work commencing and final payments must be made prior to work is released. For maintenance work performed under maintenance agreements; work will be released immediately upon completion. Web Site Hosting is payable upfront.
  5. Web Site Hosting. All hosting is supplied by 1st tier host EZPZ Hosting UK and resold and managed by Olango Web Media. The 1st tier host is providing a daily backup and will in most cases be able to restore a website if necessary. However, EZPZ Hosting and Olango Web Media are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of business or loss of good will.
